Quotes, Pricing, and Booking

  • Prices shown are starting prices based on vehicle size. The final price may vary with the vehicle's condition, size, and any add-ons selected.
  • A booking is confirmed once we agree on a date and time with you by phone, text, or WhatsApp.
  • We will do our best to honor scheduled times, but appointments may be adjusted due to weather, workload, or unforeseen circumstances.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible. We may ask for advance notice for certain services so we can offer the slot to other customers.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before service.
  • Provide accurate vehicle information so we can prepare the right service and price.
  • Inform us of any pre-existing damage, sensitive surfaces, or special instructions.

Results and Disclaimer

We take great care with every vehicle and aim for results you can see. However, detailing results can vary based on a vehicle's age, materials, and prior condition. Services are provided on an "as is" basis, and we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects not caused by us.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BIOX Car Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
